Details and features
The CA160R puts four machines in one frame: a double stainless steel mixing tank, a sheet laminator, a ravioli unit and an automatic cutter. Dough goes in at one end and comes out as lasagne sheets, tagliatelle in several cuts, or double-sheet ravioli.
With two mixing tanks, one batch mixes while the other feeds the laminator. It suits pasta shops, delis and producers who want sheet pasta and ravioli at production volumes without buying a separate sheeter and ravioli machine.
