Details and features
The Nina 25o turns out full-width lasagne sheets and longer ravioli strips. Large-diameter rollers and a locking thickness lever keep every sheet the same thickness, and the built-in cutters make 2 mm tagliolini and 6 mm tagliatelle.
It suits restaurants and pasta shops running lasagne or filled pasta in volume. Ravioli and extruder attachments turn it into a complete pasta station.
