Details and features
The P220 is the largest extruder in the range, designed to feed automatic production lines. Change the bronze die to switch between pasta sheets up to 500 mm wide, long and short shapes, for fresh or dried product.
It suits pasta manufacturers running continuous shifts and food producers supplying supermarkets or ready-meal lines. Despite its size, the controls stay simple for operators.
