Details and features
The STA/280 sheets and cuts pasta automatically at up to 300 kg/h, nearly four times the TL/200. Its 280 mm sheet and five standard cutters cover the common long cut shapes, from fine strands to 12 mm ribbons.
It suits medium and large pasta manufacturers supplying wholesale, retail or food service, and matches the 280 mm sheet of the CA/280-N-IM.
